Jun Fan Gung Fu

In the early 1960s, Lee Jun Fan (Bruce Lee)  put forth a curriculum, blending boxing, wing chun, tae kwon do, and fencing. This curriculum would take on the founders cantonese name, and would prove to be most effective of all the established martial arts. While most arts are known to implement wide stances and rigid blocks as foundation, Bruce found foot work and evasion a more effective means to render size and strength irrelevant.

Wing Chun

Considered one of the most street applicable Kung Fu systems, Wing Chun emphasizes economy of motion, redirection of force, simultaneous blocking and striking, and a unique range of combat..known as "Trapping".
This was Bruce Lee's 1st formal art of study.

Savate

Also know as Boxe Francaise, a French kickboxing style combining elements of Boxing with a flashy, elegant kicking arsenal..2nd to none!
Daniel Duby and Paul Vunak are credited for opening the 1st Savate academy in America.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

In the mid 1920's a family in Brazil, The Gracie's, modified an ancient Japanese fighting art, Jiu-Jitsu...thus creating one of the most efficient and effective self defense systems in the world! A system heavily focused on submission ground fighting, utilizing posture, leverage and momentum to subdue the brute force and aggression of a much larger / stronger attacker.

Muay Thai

A most brutally aggressive kick boxing art, developed in Thailand, known for its devastating kicks, knees and elbow attacks. "Thai Boxers" are well reputed as the toughest stand up fighters in the world!

Kali / Arnis / Eskrima
